Questions
Before you upload
Why can't I open my .pub files anymore?
Microsoft removed Publisher from Microsoft 365 in October 2026. If you had Publisher through a Microsoft 365 subscription, your .pub files no longer open. Older bought copies such as Publisher 2016, 2019 or 2021 still work, but most people no longer have them.
How do I put the result into Canva?
In Canva, click Create a design, then Import file, and pick the file ending in Canva, Google Slides.pptx. Canva opens it as a design you can edit. See step by step help.
Will it look exactly like my original?
Close, but not always exact. Layout, pictures, colours and text come across. Fonts that are not free are swapped for close look-alikes, so text can wrap a little differently. Curved WordArt titles may not come across. That is why you see a preview of every file before you pay.
What if a file does not convert?
You are only charged for files that convert. If a converted file has a problem, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
Are my files private?
Your files are only used to make your conversion. They are not shared and are deleted after 7 days. See our privacy page.
Can I convert a whole folder?
Yes. Put the folder in a .zip file and upload it, or select many files at once. You get one .zip back.
